Hello! My name is Kiran Samra. Thank you for coming to my website.

By day, you’ll find me immersed in the dynamic world of being a Google employee. In the past seven years, I have come to know many different faces of the tech sector, from diving into the Ads business to advocating for underrepresented businesses and talent, to exploring the ever-changing tech of Google Cloud. I’m always looking for those “blank spaces” in an already bustling world. I have a huge passion for programmatically tackling all aspects of life work and personal…and yes, that does mean I’m a type A vacation planner.

By night, I’m a writer. This has always been my creative outlet, a way for me to process and express my emotions. But like many of us thirty-somethings – life got in the way. The responsibilities, psuedo-gym routines, and the promise of eating healthier tomorrow crept into years of adulthood. But I’m excited to finally be back on this journey of picking up my pen (or keyboard, or notes app) once again.

Beyond the hustle of tech and the quiet moments of writing, I deeply care about fostering rich, inclusive communities where everyone feels a true sense of belonging, no matter their journey, their goals, or beliefs. It’s something that truly drives me.

In an effort to gain some creativity back in my life (we’ll ignore the attempted ukulele playing, Cricut crafting , and crocheting for now), I’m currently working on writing my first full novel with an internet-sized accountability plan. I’m incredibly grateful to have you here joining me on this adventure. Thank you for being a part of it.
